For the chicken: 1 whole chicken - chopped Garlic - chopped Ginger - chopped Salt (omit this if you put lots of oyster sauce) Oyster sauce Black soy sauce
Method: 1. Add chopped garlic, ginger and salt to the chicken. 2. Add water until it reaches the top of the chicken. 3. Boil chicken until the water is 1/2 from its original measurement. 4. Put aside the chicken. Mix the boiled chicken with osyter sauce and black soy sauce. 5. Boil chicken with the remaining water until the water is 1/4 from its original measurement.
*You can add on oyster and black soy sauce during step 5 to get thick and rich chicken soup.
For the rice: 5-6 cups of white rice 1/4 block of butter Garlic - chopped I add a pinch of turmeric powder
Method: 1. Wash white rice and put aside the water. 2. Heat butter in the rice cooker. Add chopped garlics. 3. Add white rice (without the water). 4. Cook until it turns yellowish. 5. Add water. 6. Wait until rice is fully cooked.
For the sauce: 8 red chillies 4 cloves of garlic Ginger 4 table spoon of sugar A pinch of salt 1 table spoon of rice vinegar 1/2 cup of water
Method: 1. Add all the ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend.
Bahan-bahan Bahan A 500 ml susu segar/fresh milk 8 keping roti (gardenia/high 5)
Bahan B 4 sudu besar gula halus 2 sudu besar butter 2 biji telur ayam 1 sudu teh esen vanilla 1 sudu besar tepung jagung
Bahan C 2 sudu besar kismis hitam
Sos Kastad 1 tin susu cair 2 s/b tepungkastad 2 s/b gula
Cara Memasak 1. Hancurkan /koyakkan roti dan rendam dalam susu 1/2 jam 2. Kacau dan gaul rata bahan B. 3. Masukkan kismis dan tuangkan kedalam loyang. 4. Bakar dalam suhu 180'C selama 30 minit/masak. 5. Gaulkan bahan sos kastad dan masakkan diatas api yg sederhana sebentar. 6. Tuangkan sos diatas puding semasa menghidang.
NOTA: Sos Kastad boleh juga di gantikan dgn ais kerim coklat/vanilla dan sebagainya.. ataupun cream coklat. I substitute the sauce with condensed milk
